Our HVAC technicians have worked on all systems over the 90+ years of us working with homeowners. We can assist you with all makes and models of air conditioners. Since we focus on helping our customers get the most energy efficiency out of their HVAC systems, we’ll also provide you with recommendations for Energy Star-rated systems that will be the best choice for your home.

AC services are typically charged by the hour plus the cost of a system if you’re getting a replacement or installation. It’s our philosophy that homeowners shouldn’t be overcharged for any service. When you contact us for a free estimate, we’ll give you a fair price.

The only way to keep your air conditioning system fully operational and energy-efficient is with preventative maintenance. We always recommend choosing at least an annual maintenance plan that goes over all key system points for proper operation. With HOP, you can choose a customized maintenance agreement that works best for you.

At HOP, we always start our engagement by giving you a free estimate. Once we understand what your needs are, we provide four main AC services:

  1. Repairs: Fixing any issues with your system.
  2. Installation: Installing a new air conditioning unit of your choice (we provide recommendations to assist).
  3. System Replacements: Replacing your existing system that’s run its course.

Maintenance: Preventative and emergency maintenance is available.

Sometimes a repair isn’t going to fix your AC system. Improper temperature, refrigerant leaks, and dirty air filters all fall under the category of repairs. A system needs to be replaced when it regularly breaks down, is over 10 years old and has continuous problems, or when your energy bills have seriously increased and a repair won’t fix it.
