I am very happy to find HOP energy to serve our oil heat unit which is not working on December 29, 2023. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant, helpful and get a service tech to take care our heating in three hours and cost us less than other companies I contacted before. And more importantly, I do not have to buy oil from them. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.

I had an emergency no heat call last week. Knew it wasn't lack of oil, but that's all I knew. Not being technical, I usually check the heat in one of two ways- either I feel warm, or I put my bare foot on the registers on my floor. I check the register and nothing was coming out- not cold or warm air. The first technician came later on the day I called for service, but didn't have the part on the truck, though he made several attempts to get the problem fixed. I slept under my electric blanket that night to stay warm. The next morning, bright and early, the second technician had found the part, brought it with him and it was repaired within a few hours. Turned out my blower had died. I had excellent service, skilled service technicians and they solved my problem as soon possible that same day. I am very happy that's it's warm in the house and that the technicians hired by HOP Energy are skilled and experienced and were able to resolve my problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
