Great company, great service, great representatives! I spoke with a representative named Jonathan who was a patient, quintessential gentleman throughout every one of my elderly questions and consequent repeated questions! It is a pleasure to talk to service representatives who are so helpful, kind and carefully walk you through every step of purchasing a pre pay oil plan . What’s great is we worked through all the business details right on the phone and I was able to pay the balance securely over the phone rather than sending a check through the mail after Docu-signing the contract through email . This company is great about crediting your next years’ pre pay plan with all the money you didn’t spend from what you bought last year ! Those credits add up significantly over the mild northeast winters like we had last year!

Anthony, the tech that came out was experienced & quick. He explained everything to me in simple terms for me to understand. Will work with them again & refer them to others.
